1. Summary
- We proudly do not collect or sell your personal data.
- On‑chain is public. Interactions with the Elytro Protocol are public, permanent, and traceable.
- Third‑party infrastructure may see metadata. RPC providers, bundlers, paymasters, L2 operators, and other services you use may process IP addresses, headers, and telemetry under their policies.
- If you contact us, we’ll see what you send us. For example, your email address and message when you write to support.
2. Data we do not collect
- We do not require an account.
- We do not collect private keys, seed phrases, passcodes, or recovery contact identities.
- We do not collect browsing history, financial history, or behavioral analytics from the extension. (If this changes, we will update this policy and the extension disclosures.)
3. Data we may process in limited circumstances
- Support communications. If you email us, we receive your email address, message content, and any attachments you send.
- Optional diagnostics (if explicitly opt‑in). In beta, we may offer opt‑in error/usage diagnostics. If enabled, we will describe what is sent and provide a toggle to disable at any time.
- Website telemetry. Our public website may use minimal server logs (e.g., IP, user‑agent) for security and performance; we do not link these to wallet use.
4. Sharing

- We may share limited data with service providers (e.g., email/helpdesk) under confidentiality and only to provide services.
- We may disclose where required by law or to protect safety, rights, and security.
