1.1 Non‑custodial, self‑host, account‑abstraction wallet. Elytro is a user interface for interacting with the Elytro Protocol, an ERC‑4337 smart‑contract wallet system on Ethereum and supported L2 networks. You control your signers/keys and authorize on‑chain actions; we cannot access or move your assets. Elytro may be self‑hosted and used without our website.
1.2 No brokerage, exchange, or money transmission. We do not custody assets, execute trades for you, or guarantee performance of any blockchain network or third‑party protocol.
1.3 Open source components. Parts of Elytro and the Protocol are open source. The referenced smart‑contract wallet repo indicates a ****GPL‑3.0 license; your rights to that code flow from the applicable open‑source license, not these Terms. Where this Agreement conflicts with an open‑source license for open code, the open‑source license controls for that code.
2.1 Eligibility. You must be 18+, legally able to enter contracts, not subject to sanctions or export restrictions, and not barred by your local laws from using self‑hosted wallets or cryptographic software.
2.2 Compliance is your responsibility. You are solely responsible for tax reporting, regulatory filings, and any registrations or approvals required in your jurisdiction.
2.3 Geoblocking & compliance actions. We may change, geoblock, or disable features where we reasonably believe it is necessary to comply with law or respond to risk. The Protocol may remain accessible via third‑party or self‑hosted frontends we do not control.
3.1 Beta status. Some or all features of Elytro are in beta/public testing and are provided “AS IS”, “AS AVAILABLE”, and without warranties. Beta features may be unstable, incomplete, or change/break without notice.
3.2 Test responsibly. Do not use beta features with high‑value funds. You accept an increased risk of bugs, loss of access, failed transactions, and other defects inherent to emerging software.
3.3 Feedback. If you share beta feedback, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty‑free license to use it to improve the Services without obligation to you.
3.4 No bug‑bounty commitment. We appreciate responsible disclosure, but no bounty or reward is due unless we expressly agree in writing.
